Bernard has a great worksman ethic. He values long term relations with his customers. If it is something simple, he guides you over the phone without charging you anything. It is awesome to have people like him in today's world.

A year or two after the previous review we needed a new furnace for our second floor and Bernard gave us a great price on a name brand furnace with a great warranty and was able to install it just two days later. It had to go into our attic and they arrived with 4 people to make sure they got it up there and the old one out safely without damaging the house at all. They were done in just a few hours. Even happier the second time we have used them.

Highly recommend this company for any service and repairs for hvac. Bernard was on time and very professional. Very knowledgeable and Thoroughly checked the furnace to find out what was the issue. My furnace was not working properly and they came out ASAP and fixed my furnace the same day. Appreciate everything they did and very thankful for their service

Bernard is the best! Honest, hard working, great prices, and super responsive. He has helped me with my heater, AC, and also saved us from carbon monoxide poisoning after discovering that our roofers had accidentally knocked out the vents to our furnace. Highly recommend!

Back in January my furnace stopped working and I called Bernard for help. He made time in his schedule to come by that day, figured out the issue and had the furnace working! So grateful to Bernard!
At that time, he assessed my furnace and a/c units and determined after 18 yrs, it was time to replace both. He advised me that I could either wait til the furnace gave out or replace the units when I was ready. And, he quotes me a very fair price.

I needed my condenser pad releveled. A lot of the big companies made it seem like a huge job and one company said they wouldn’t even come to my house for such a small job.

I was called people from Google and found Azrikam. I called and Bernard answered the phone. Even with our phone calls constantly dropping, he was incredibly helpful and even gave me options to try to do it ourselves! When I said the unit was too large to move, he came out within minutes (literally) and in literally no time leveled the unit with my husband. He was so honest with the work, helpful, and a genuinely good person.

My airconditioning unit stopped working and it was very hot inside, I called the company Azrikam price is right and spoke to Bernard, he was very polite and understanding. Great service, I highly recommend this company. Bernard walked me through diagnosing thr issue over the phone. He told me what wires to check on the unit’s motherboard. After diagnosing the issue he told me my motor was bad. I replaced the motor and the unit was working again. He did this all at 8pm when no one else was there to help. Thank you for the great service.

Very prompt and honest service. My furnace stopped working when it was 25F outside. Bernard had fixed a problem with my furnace couple of years ago, so I called and he showed up in 10 minutes. The problem was very minor, so he did not even charge me. Bernard is very honest and helpful. I would always call him for HVAC related issues.

Bernard and his staff are trustworthy and were very respectful to my home.
He followed up via phone twice to make sure my unit was cooling properly.

The drip tray of the evaporator coil on my HVAC unit was overflowing with water/condensation. The water wasn't able to properly exit the attached PVC pipe, therefore, I had pools of water standing and leaking into the unit.
I called Azrikam on a Monday afternoon. He called back immediately and wanted me to walk through the situation. He knew the issue did not require a service request, rather guidance and the homeowner would be able to resolve it themselves. He asked for some photos of the unit, the exit pipes, the problem area...while we were on the phone. As an experienced professional, he was able to provide a few solutions and guide me through the steps. Eventually, we were able to unclog the discharge pipe, letting the water flow out of the drip tray, resolving the issue.
Azrikam asked that I call him in 2 hours post resolution, allowing the unit to run and identify if the issue continued. I followed through. He knew based on my description, the problem was resolved. He, however, asked that I follow up with him the next day/Tuesday to ensure the leak has completely resolved itself. I was planning on calling him at the end of the day to give him the good news but Azrikam called me mid-afternoon, to inquire if the problem was resolved.
The customer care he showcased, the experience in understanding the problem at hand, the ability to problem solve with the customer while on the phone, the follow up and bringing the issue to a closure is a true mark of a qualified technician and a respected organization.
Note, Azrikam did not make the service visit, this was all done on the phone.
This is the type of organization and service provider I want to associate with. I will be using Azrikam and his services for all of my future HVAC service needs.

I had issues with a leaky humidifier. I could have gone with a cheaper fix option, but this house is my long-term investment; as a result, I went with the option to replace both whole home humidifiers. Bernard was very knowledgeable and could tell the original contractor did a poor job of installation. Bernard and his employee did a thorough job of relocating equipment and making sure everything was done right. Now I have a house that has humidity. What a difference!

So happy with this company. They came out right away (new years day!) and looked at my water heater. Other places wanted to charge me $3300 for a new water heater without even looking at it. Bernard said the tank is fine and I should be able to get some more years out if it. He was able to reset the circuit board and get it running, saving me thousands! I highly recommend!!

Response is immediate even during the hottest days like we just had. Pricing is excellent.
